Hi

Thanks for the follow *, as the reason I write is to share.
* (Though my family and close friends say it would be far more entertaining with a video-camera # in “real life”, rather than in cyberspace!)

# By the way, do they still make them in today’s ever-faster changing world..or is it all done with mobile phones?

(get with the times now,”luddite”* c – it should be a smart phone)

* or so I was often called by my “my techno-geek” friend, Bill (“the gonk”)

“total non-techno” c (who doesn’t possess a mobile phone, after a rather eventful’ experience some years back, whilst trying to walk, talk and chew gum at the same time)

Who says men can’t multi-task!

Kind regards

good thoughts and congrats

Rollin with the P

I am a storyteller outside of blogging. Ive written and produced 4 dramatic plays, written 2 children books and did a collaboration with, “Women of color devotional bible”.

The question, that is usually asked after each one of my works.

“How do you know how to write? Where does that creativity come from? I wish I was a writer.”

Uhm, do you really?

My answer…

I don’t know if I’m a writer or just someone who is really good at controlling the voices in my head. The voices that want to wreck havoc over my life.

The voices that want me to go on a mental kick, go crazy, manic, bananas or just plain depressed.

The voices that take away my freedom, and make me want to lay in darkness, away from every living soul.

Those voices, I’ve turned them into living breathing people, that I control. Ive named them…

Hello dears. It’s finally 2019 and I’m so excited what this year’s gonna bring to my life. 2018 taught me so much about myself, my choices and my goals. I came into 2018 severely depressed with a little hope for the future. I didn’t have any new years resolutions back then as I didn’t believe I could commit to anything.

It’s funny how everybody jokes about new years resolutions about how it’s very likely you’re not gonna last till the end of the january. I get that –  it’s funny thing to joke about if you don’t have good sense of humor and can’t think of anything original.

I like to hear about other people’s resolutions. It’s very personal cuz it’s like admitting what you dislike about yourself and it takes a lot of courage to find your flaws and even bigger to want to get better. Everyone wants to be…

How many of you are lazy?

Well my family and friends say I’m “safest” just writing and sharing
but
“Driven to share, uplift, encourage and (perhaps even) inspire”

Euphrates.

How many of you are lazy?

When asked such a question, the reaction is almost the same among people.🤷

Almost everyone agrees happily that they are lazy.

Why is that so? 🤔

Are all of them really lazy? Are all the people around us lazy?

I think it is a matter of perspectives.

To a person who wakes up by the 5th consecutive alarm, may find the person who wakes up by the 3rd alarm enthusiastic. Actually, he is less lazy.

Then what about that ‘5 minutes more’ person who sets a single alarm and regularly oversleeps.

He is at least planning to wake up on the first and only alarm, while the multiple alarm people have already planned to fail.

And none is happy with their present state and utilisation of time. That is the crux. Make each day count a single more useful second than the previous…

In times of great stress or adversity, it’s always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive.

  • Make a challenge for yourself, get into the gym, go hangout with your friends, take a break from the stress and come back to it with a positive attitude.

We challenge you to get into the library, grab a study buddy, make it happen.
