Living in fear, doubt and worry leads to anxiety, then to depression, then to physical sickness.
Being in the present moment and focusing on gratitude, dreams and goals have helped me cure anxiety and depression, and I’ve read living this way has cured mental and physical sickness in others.
To imagine living in a world where everyone was kind and lived like this, it seems would be the answer to many problems that are going on in the world.
When we worry, doubt and fear, it creates stress in our bodies and our bodies then create cells and hormones that cause sickness. Worry and fear are mental sicknesses.
The more we worry, doubt and fear, the more it is embedded into us.
We can change that by intentionally choosing what to think about. Being present and noticing what’s going on around us helps stop all the negative worried thinking. Take…
