It sound easy: “Be Happy”. To simply be happy is not as easy though, we all have experienced this in different occasions.

When ever too many thoughts, memories, emotions and lots more are involved, being happy is a status we often don’t even are getting close to. There always seem to be reasons to be sad, angry or in a bad mood and at the same time – there are many reasons that make us smile. Somewhere in between, there is “be happy”. It is a demand to do something. It means we have to get active to really reach this status. It is our decision to go for it. Be happy. …or move on with your own thoughts. Try to understand though, why you react the way you do. Try to understand your emotions and take it from there.
