What is Imposter syndrome?

Imposter syndromecan bedefinedas a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success. ‘Imposters‘ suffer from chronic self-doubt and a sense of intellectual fraudulence that override any feelings of success or external proof of their competence.

Impostor syndrome—the idea that you’ve only succeeded due to luck, and not because of your talent or qualifications—was first identified in 1978 by psychologists Pauline Rose Clance and Suzanne Imes. In theirpaper, they theorized that women were uniquely affected by impostor syndrome.

Since then, researchhas shown that both men and women experience impostor feelings, and Clance published a laterpaperacknowledging that impostor syndrome is not limited to women. (She also created animposter syndrome test.) Today, impostor syndrome can apply to anyone “who isn’t able to internalize and own their successes,” says psychologist Audrey Ervin.

The Law of Increase

RECYCLE YOUR PAIN

Hi, thank you so much for reading this blog and my previous blogs, I am very grateful. A lot of people now know about the Law Of Attraction but there are many other laws and the one I want to talk about today is the Law of Increase.

The Law of Increase is based on gratitude and praise. I believe we all want to increase our health, wealth, love for others and many more things. To do this we need to be grateful and praise. See the more we are grateful, the more we will have to be grateful for.

I remember playing football and I had a coach that used to yell at me and run me down all the time to the point I wanted to quit and walk away. I hated playing for that coach. I tried my hardest for that coach and I had just had…

Your Calling Won’t Always Lead You to the Most Comfortable Lifestyle

Motivation & Environment

Depending on your calling, you could be in a situation where you have the opportunity to make only one decision: although this decision could be in complete agreement and harmony with your conscience and create a crucial turning point in your life or lifestyle, it may lead you into the most uncomfortable situation.

Generally speaking, sometimes a calling won’t lead you to the most comfortable situation, life, or lifestyle. It is quite unfortunate that at certain points in life, we have to pivot through discomfort and difficulties before we achieve personal success.

But here is the truth: your calling will always lead you to a life or lifestyle that you are in harmony with—especially a life that you can be proud of

Although, how we achieve the goals of our individual calling would depend mainly on us, the path we take to achieve our goals might not always depend completely…

RECYCLE YOUR PAIN

Thank you for reading this blog, I hope you have read my previous blogs so what I say here makes more sense to you. In my last blog I spoke about the RAS which is your reticular activation system. Keep this in mind when I explain goal setting.

First, find a goal that you think is extremely hard to accomplish right now but something that has to do with your dreams, whatever they may be. Like I said, mine is to help 1 million people. Think big guys. Write it down on a card and keep the card in your pocket and read it as many times per day as you can. At least read it a minimum of 3 times. The more you read it. the more you start to believe it. You’re programming your subconscious mind and once it’s programmed and you believe you can do it your…

We create space for something better when we let go of our worries, regret and past.

QUOTES, STORIES AND LIFE TIPS

A man after traveling with his son. They came back some months later. The son found out that his dad’s car was muddy.
“Dad, your car is very dirty and you can’t drive with it”, the son said.
“Go and wash it son”, the dad politely said.
After washing the car, the son went to his dad feeling happy,
“Dad I’m done”.
“Alright son. What do you observe after washing the car?”, the dad asked.
“The car is looking good and the windscreen is very clear and you can drive with it”, the son replied.
The dad decided to use it to teach his son about life.
“Son, take the dirty car and unclear windscreen as your past mistakes, pains, grudges, worries. If you can let them go in your life and focus on the good things that are coming your way, your life will look good and you will…
